A Simple, Supportive Process — From First Consultation to Long-Term Recovery
01
Referral & Intake Review
Your journey begins when you or your healthcare provider submits a referral or intake form. Our team reviews your clinical history, symptom profile, relevant investigations and details of prior treatments. If additional information is needed, we request this before progressing to the next stage.
02
Book Your Consultation
If eligible, you will be emailed a direct link to book a consultation. Please book 7 days in advance to allow for baseline pathology results to be received.

03
Baseline Pathology
Following booking a consultation, we will send you a pathology request. Please note some pathology results can take up to 5 days so it is advised to complete this as soon as possible. Your doctor then reviews all pre-consultation investigations to confirm clinical suitability.
04
Doctor-Led Assessment
At your in-person consultation, your doctor completes a thorough assessment, reviews your investigations and determines whether a structured tissue repair and recovery pathway is appropriate. The pathway, monitoring requirements and safety processes are explained in detail.
05
Initiation of Therapy
Following informed consent, your doctor finalises your treatment plan, issues prescriptions where appropriate and schedules your follow-up timeline. Where medication is prescribed, it is supplied by appropriately licensed Australian pharmacies. Regen Institute undertakes due diligence on pharmacy partners as part of its governance process. With your consent, care is coordinated with your broader healthcare team.
06
Monitoring & Follow-Up
Your pathway includes early check-in at 2-4 weeks, scheduled reviews at 10-12 weeks, questionnaire submissions and pathology where required. All reports are reviewed, concerns escalated promptly and your treatment plan adjusted as needed.
